Dupont Hotel & Leisure is an all-round company with specializations in consultancy, brokerage and project management and is working exclusively in the segments hotels and holiday resorts.

Started in 1998 and has grown into an international company and offers their clients a wide range of business services. We operate in Western Europe with a focus on Benelux, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Dupont Hotel & Leisure has an eye for quality, customization and the interests of its clients. Whether for chains, governments, developers, architects and investors, we are able to meet the needs of our clients.

With his personal and unique approach Dupont Hotel & Leisure is able to take care of the entire process. This can be divided into our three specializations: Consultancy, brokerage and project management.

Consultancy

Dupont Hotel & Leisure provides developers, investors, governments and hotel chains advice on existing, to build or conversion of hotels and holiday resorts. We conduct research for feasibility and strategic positioning and commercial aspects.

Brokerage

Dupont Hotel & Leisure mediates in the purchase and sale of existing and new to build hotels and holiday parks. We do due diligence and guide our clients through the whole route even to the (re) opening.

Project Management

Dupont Hotel & Leisure offers with our knowledge and skills guidance on a project basis. Such as the project assistance in construction and renovation, management of companies, FF&E decoration and the individual sale of recreational real estate.
